Online Research Help – Chat with a Librarian
Introducing ‘Ask A Librarian,’ an online chat service shared by several Ontario universities (OCUL). Students highlight some of the features that make this service so useful: online accessibility, extended opening hours, and one-on-one instruction.

Research Librarians provide crucial online research support to the students, helping students to find academic resources (e.g. scholarly journal articles, statistical information), narrow/broaden topics, improve critical thinking skills, evaluate information, create reference lists and bibliographies, and much more!
